Dry Goods and Equipment
 
We ship using a combination of FedEx and and USPS.  Everything we sell is in stock, and generally ships within one day - if an item requires special handling time, we will note it above the description.  Orders placed early in the day usually ship that same day whenever possible.  You will receive an email with your tracking information when the order ships, and you are welcome to contact us at any time with questions about your order.
 
Orders paid with PayPal eCheck will be held until the eCheck clears - usually this takes about 3 days, but we have seen it take as long as 10.  We have no control over the clearing process, and appreciate your patience with these purchases.
 
 
Livestock
 
Our livestock is guaranteed to arrive healthy and alive under normal conditions.  You must choose Overnight Shipping for your purchase, and you must be there to accept the package when it is delivered.  If you prefer, we can arrange to have your package held at a FedEx or Kinko's facility, and we recommend this choice in extreme weather situations.  We offer a 2nd Day shipping choice, and while many people have success with it, we cannot offer any livestock guarantee.
 
Please keep in mind that livestock purchases cannot be insured with any carrier, and we cannot be responsible for losses due to carrier delay or error as they are beyond our control.
 
Livestock ships Monday - Wednesday, however we may hold your shipment if weather conditions could prevent an on-time arrival.  If you need something delivered on a special day, please let us know and we will happily accommodate you.
 
 
Returns
 
You are welcome to return any dry goods purchase you are not 100% satisfied with.  Returns must be unopened / unused and in their original packaging (it's okay if you peek inside, as long it remains in "new" condition).    Shipping charges are not refundable.  Please contact us first for authorization, and we will credit you back the full value of the item upon receipt. 
 
Livestock items are not returnable, and we ask you to please choose carefully.  We do not accept livestock returns to prevent the introduction of parasites and disease into our systems.  If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us and we will be happy work out a solution.  We will typically replace the purchase with another specimen of equal or greater value.  Livestock shipping charges are not refundable.
